Few things I eat or have eaten while tracking: Baked potatoe with potato Topper seasoning and cottage cheese Spring rolls (not fried)- rice paper with whatever veggies you want plus some sort of protein if desired. Shrimp works well and I always make sure to have Avocado. Tacos with low carb wraps and chicken n veggies to keep calories lower Sandwiches and wraps Chicken and rice bowl - steam some Jasmine rice, add cooked chicken or other protein of choice, cooked veggies (my fav is carrots sliced thin and roasted), cilantro, and a sauce (sweet chili sauce is my go to). You can do all kinds of variations, my preference leaning towards Asian flavor profiles. Can do ground pork cooked with ginger, garlic, and soy sauce. Frozen bag of fried rice with some precooked shrimp (freezer section usually has some small ones doe cheap that should cover several meals). Lavash bread flat bread pizza - my Walmart carries the lavash bread that's basically and rectangle wheat wrap and half of one makes a good size for a flat bread and only 60 cal. Top with sauce, veggies, and low Cal cheese. Throw in air fryer or oven to cook. Keep an eye on it as it is done fairly quickly. Max of 5-10 min. You can use a white sauce or pesto if you can't do tomato. Frozen veggie bag over rice Oatmeal with chia seeds and fruit Chia seed pudding - 3-4tbs chia seeds to cup of milk (any kind is fine) add some vanilla, cinnamon, and sugar Free Maple syrup. Stir after 5-10 min and put in fridge for several hours. If in sealed container should last 3-4 days easy. Avocado egg sandwich with toasted bread Post some of your go to things. I feel like I was reading all my limitations on food in your post.

Super low calorie snack when I'm craving something salty: spiralized zucchini noodles in chicken or miso broth. Actually I don't have a spiralizer anymore so I just use a veg peeler to make thin strips
