Devolver consists of like 60 people and their games are all small in scale. Besides, their E3 presentations are basically giving AAA space the middle finger.

Devolver is an indie publisher* they dont actually make any games themselves and the studio's they publish for keep the rights to their own IP's. For sure a super important part of the indie scene though
343 isnt the worst studio (i mean activision is a thing) but microtransactions in halo is stupid. no coop is stupid. halo infinite has so much good in it (fun vehicles, cool abilities) but it just sucks that it went f2p microtransaction hell. also why is this on 196? not complaining just curious

Ubisoft still pushes NFTs, EA is as predatory is ever, ActiBlizz is being ActiBlizz, but no, 343i is the worst because they release content slowly and a sub par roadmap and need to cancel a few things to put a larger workload into more important parts of the game. That just sounds insane. Halo Infinite isn’t even all that bad anyway. It’s got some stuff to work out but it’s still super fucking fun and I love it to death
