Majorkill (my beloved) is my go too, but any of the big lore content creators are fantastic! If I’m not in the mood for warhammer I just put on one of mandalore gaming videos since his voice is always super relaxing 😎
Leutin09 is decent. Unfortunately a lot of Warhammer Lore YouTubers fall into the classic internet trap of exaggerating Warhammer's already insane lore. Like the Orks gestalt field for example.
a song i listened to back when i was a little more depressed was [13 Angels Standing Guard 'Round Your Bed - Silver Mt. Zion](https://open.spotify.com/track/7jbLjvNlKbfCRUoFWKo5TR?si=f7d0f33500524bab), which for some reason felt *extremely* comforting back then. can't guarantee you'll like it, but hopefully it might help <3
That would make sense since the entire album is dedicated to the artist's dog, Wanda, who passed away due to cancer - which is where the name "For Wanda" comes from. Should be noted that this isn't the only thing it's drawing from, the recording's been described by a bandmember as a "Jewish experience" due to them spending some time with a small, friend-based Jewish community at the time.
The end result is an apocalyptic view of a dying thing, a mourning thing, slowly fading to coldness, howling and whimpering the whole while. It's a great album. Cried my eyes out listening to it - probably doesn't count since I would've anyway though. I would recommend anyone a listen if they're emotionally ready for that kinda thing, though not everyone's gonna connect with it, so even then it's really up to you.
Might have worked a night shift or otherwise have switched to a nocturnal schedule. Or maybe they mean they can’t sleep in general, and want some song suggestions for the coming nights.
Not medical advice: if you drink a lot of water, like 10 L water, you’ll soon find it impossible to stay awake.
But actually really don’t do this because it could kill you.
I’ve had a super tough time getting to sleep for most of my life. Here’s my sleep routine that works fairly well for me now.
* 10mg melatonin an hour before bedtime
* if i feel dirty or sweaty, or just kinda keyed up, a hot shower (helps body relax and brain releases sleepy chemicals)
* full body stretch (lower and upper body) as I’m getting into bed
* 5-15 minute meditation with candles and incense at an altar in my bedroom
* watch a chess video on YouTube, usually i start feeling drowsy within 10 minutes
Doesn’t always work but even if it doesn’t it’s still relaxing and helps me feel calmer when I’m anxious at night
Honestly, nothing. Music tends to keep me awake no matter what it is by stimulating my brain
Your best bet would probably be a short guided meditation instead of a song. Those tend to make me tired
My morning jacket! Insane calm and love from their music, touch me I’m going to scream pt. II IS SO GOOD for sleep it’s one of their more popular songs
I fall asleep to a guy named “Noah Caldwell Gervais” he makes extremely long video essays on videogames that help me sleep cause they are REALLY long but well written essays
Classical music especially Beethoven almost never fails.
Lot of people including me swear by this. Just put it on low volume.
Also, keep any electronic screens away from you and read a book instead.
i normally listen to ancient aliens, full episodes available on hulu or youtube. If you like video game playthroughs, this guy heyzeusherestoast plays bloodborne on youtube. He'll play the whole game through, sometimes multiple times for 10+ hours if its an all endings/trophies playthrough. Definitely nice for falling asleep, but ads on youtube can be annoying.
I listen to the [Ghost hunt End theme](https://youtu.be/2TM2Sh9PYmg), it reminds me of when I was 14 and we were RVing through the southwest and specifically when we were at Yellowstone and I did my first backflip and only to make someone let me trespass on their property
Idk I just put videos of a Spanish guy with a really chill voice who talk about history, I play that or play really soft music like loneliness 1a or night trouble
I can't promise that you'll like it but here's the playlist I use to sleep: https://open.spotify.com/playlist/4fhXFDAHMa8sLxPsC38NbC?si=IIm3hWepR0erFKhZuNHe9g

Also what helps me is making up a story in my head to fall asleep. Like a group of people going on an adventure or something. I had big problems falling asleep too until I started this. It's kinda weird at the beginning but it helps more and more imo

Actually I have a trick for whenever I'm having trouble sleeping. TLDR you consciously turn off your body. How I do it:
1. Get super comfy (or as much as possible) and get all your scratches out
2. I Imagine a wall of switches, big clunky ones that would take effort to use like [this](https://www.amazon.com/AXLIZER-Electricity-Experimental-Simultaneous-Connections/dp/B08RHZF4FM/ref=asc_df_B08RHZF4FM/?tag=hyprod-20&linkCode=df0&hvadid=508268144805&hvpos=&hvnetw=g&hvrand=498098541874592859&hvpone=&hvptwo=&hvqmt=&hvdev=m&hvdvcmdl=&hvlocint=&hvlocphy=1018511&hvtargid=pla-1291878785519&psc=1)
3. Each one is connected to a limb, and one by one I pull each switch
4. Once I flip that switch that limb can not move that limb no matter how much thought I put into it
5. Once I've turned everything off, I picture myself relaxing and hanging out is some places. Most of the time for me I just hang out by a bonfire in a dense forest
6. Then after some relaxing and breathing I drift to sleep
I like the "nothing much happens" Podcast. Its cozy good night stories where not much happens. Simple stories of people making Tea waiting for a thunderstorm and cuddling up on a chair to watch the rain or of people Shopping for books.
Specifically made to fall asleep to.
Depends on what ur into but i really like listening to history podcasts when i sleep cuz its interesting but its dry enough that u can easily fall asleep when u want (i have some recommendations)
Sounds stupid, but stop breathing. At least a bit. If you slow down your breathing significantly, your body will automatically assume you are about to fall asleep and will make that happen quicker. I don't know if it works for anyone but i sometimes fall asleep in like 3 minutes after I slowed my breath.
The missile knows where it is at all times. It knows this because it knows where it isn't. By subtracting where it is from where it isn't, or where it isn't from where it is (whichever is greater), it obtains a difference, or deviation. The guidance subsystem uses deviations to generate corrective commands to drive the missile from a position where it is to a position where it isn't, and arriving at a position where it wasn't, it now is. Consequently, the position where it is, is now the position that it wasn't, and it follows that the position that it was, is now the position that it isn't.
In the event that the position that it is in is not the position that it wasn't, the system has acquired a variation, the variation being the difference between where the missile is, and where it wasn't. If variation is considered to be a significant factor, it too may be corrected by the GEA. However, the missile must also know where it was.
The missile guidance computer scenario works as follows. Because a variation has modified some of the information the missile has obtained, it is not sure just where it is. However, it is sure where it isn't, within reason, and it knows where it was. It now subtracts where it should be from where it wasn't, or vice-versa, and by differentiating this from the algebraic sum of where it shouldn't be, and where it was, it is able to obtain the deviation and its variation, which is called error.
I listen to video essays, reviews, and certain horror vids on .50 speed on youtube. If you go for certain topics then you'll get no ads and the .5 speed helps make pretty much any narrator soothing for me

Funny that it's like that, because I think it's the weirdest song I've ever heard
as i recall, the title is a reference to the artist's previous cats if you speed it up, it's just meows.
That would make sense since the entire album is dedicated to the artist's dog, Wanda, who passed away due to cancer - which is where the name "For Wanda" comes from.
