I just recently installed "door hinge reinforcement plates". Their actual purpose is to fix the problem of doors not staying open or preventing that issue. But my 2001 was previously wrecked and the doors were off a little and it fixed that. Wasn't as far off as yours but it's a cheap fix that's worth a try.
I have the same issue with both my DC Tundra and my Sequoia. I have to slam the front driver and passenger doors in order for them to shut properly. If anyone finds a solution, let me know!
Looks like the door hinges are worn out. Open the door and try lifting it - is it sloppy?

Is this the driver side on a double cab? I've got the same problem.
Yup.

If its not the hinges check the cab bushings. Looks pretty extreme though. Hopefully easy to find.
