Sounds like a bearing. Pull your serpentine belt and check that the tensioner is functioning properly and give all the pulleys a good spin to see if they’re any noise or resistance. If all that checks out you may have to open it back up. I know you said you used an aisin kit, but where did you buy it?

I've spilt antifreeze on my belt before and had a similar noise for a few days, also something to consider.
