Redwoods and hardwoods are, fruit trees are a 1/9k and magics are a 1/9.3k. Yews are a 1/11k. 40m xp here no tangle lol over 400 hespori seeds.

I got my tangle root at 50m xp keep grinding. Almost all of the xp post 99 was from hardwoods, cactus, belladonna, mushrooms, and seaweed.
Farming is an incredibly easy 99 to get thanks to how big the XP dumps are from trees. You’ve only just begun the grind.
Level 66 Farming from a willow tree in taverly farm patch. Was my first pet and I was so confused as to what it was. lol

What seeds? You should be living at hespori for Kronos seeds and doing seaweed all day long. Doing casual tree runs isn't how you get a pet.
Got Tangleroot at 17m xp doing one of my countless ranarr runs. Solid spoon, I think on-rate is like 50-60m
Didn't get mine until 17k short of 38m XP
Keep doing your herb runs and it may eventually come. I got mine a year after hitting 99 farming

I got it from a maple tree in farming guild around level 70 farming
Gratz on the 99! I am 26.2 mil exp dry on Tangleroot so far. And I am sure I am on the low end of dry...best of luck with the pet hunt! Gets hard sometimes for me to keep going for it, but I do want the little tree frient so much.
