Even on Muspah think of all the potential "crazy RNG" events like greenlogging in 4 kc, 2 pets in 2 kc, full Venator bow in 15kc, whatever. So in reality there's lots of crazy things that could happen, and this is just on one boss.
Given that many grinds are possible in this game and lots of ways to get weird RNG, there are probably hundreds of times something has happened that we would say is one-in-several-million-chance.

I feel ya, that's how it also was for me. First one was around 400, then second at around 780. It took 3K kills to get on rate.
