I love the bare minerals tinted moisturizer! They have a matte version as well.

Thank you! I've heard nothing but good things about Bare Minerals. I'm definitely willing to give it a try, or maybe go and try to find a sample. I'll admit, I am a little biased against tubes, since I feel like a thick product would come in a jar, but in reality I'm guessing it doesn't matter. One thought on the pigment. One thing I tired in my search was "Olay, Olay Dark Spot Corrector." Immediately, I didn't like it's name suggesting I needed it for age-related dark spots, since I don't; but I thought something a little more tone focused might be what I'm after. Anyway, it was alright, but I did notice that after I went running the sweat would wash away a powdery substance in bands. It turned me off to the product. I don't want something powdery, or on that note that could stain cloths. I don't want it to feel like makeup. I think want something that feels a bit like natural oil my face will build a day after showering; except, not quite oily, and cleaner feeling, which is how the Hydrate+ felt/feels to me. Do you think the Bare Minerals tinted moisturizer would have similar issues to the Olay?

Lerosette Moisture Matte. I love this product. [Moisture Matte](https://gunillaofsweden.com/product/lerosett-clear-skin-moisturizer-acne-1/)

Thanks! That does look really promising. I might do a little more research yet (now that I have a product to research), but I do think I'm going to give it a try. My immediate concerns would be (1) around thickness (it being in a tube), I do want it to leave a little bit of a layer, not quite fully absorb. Photos I found make it look pretty thick. And (2) around matte-ness. Customer reviews say almost complexly matte, to very matte, so I'll probably just need to try it out and see. - also, I wasn't familiar with Lerosette, but overall getting good vibes on the brand from Google searches, though their site is down right now.

I had hormonal oily/acne prone skin when I was pregnant and had to change my whole routine. This was the only product that didn’t make me look like an oil slick and it actually calmed my skin during that time and helped heal the breakouts. It is pretty light compared to other moisturizers. They do offer a small size so you can try it out without buying a huge tube. I kept buying it after that pregnancy because I liked it as a daytime moisturizer and that’s been over ten years ago and I’m still a fan.

Noting that I'm not trying to sell the linked product. I'm looking for a recommendation for a product like the discontinued product. The links are to the discontinued product, and what the manufacture now offers instead. I'm pointing out the later since it's likely to be suggested unless I explicitly mention that it is different, and not what I'm looking for. Amazon links are a convenient way to provide stable product links, I'm not endorsing Amazon or the seller.
