because it's too heavy visually -- it just doesn't really work with the roadster missing that roof character line. your eye goes straight to the bottom of the car.
I fully agree. I have a vert. Top down, it turns a lot of heads and looks better than the coupe. Top up, ehhhh π still like it but I prefer the coupe looks vs the lines of the vert with the roof up.
just think of it this way, you'll have a 1 of 1 nismo roadster

Im about to slap the front nismo on my LS swapped vert, but the rear looks too funky on it IMO.

Might be controversial, but In my opinion the roadster top down looks better then the coupe. With the roof closed on the other hand....
