Free awesome looking PLA?
(And thanks for doing this, and running a subreddit that has saved me a ton of money!)
It is unlike normal dual color PLA as it is not just simply split down the middle. It is a slug of color and sparkle in the center of a clear coat like surrounding which lets it shift colors at any angle instead of just simply left and right of dual colors.
It is more like the chameleon paint on cars that go blue, purple and green. It is really fantastic. That’s why I decided for this to be the giveaway item. I believe it is something that is hard to convey in photos and I was absolutely blown away by the one 250g spool I sampled.
As much as I love to win stuff, I don't have the experience with a printer yet to understand what 'amazing filament' is and I haven't contributed on this sub (yet, still learning), so I think these should go to someone who does.
However, I did want to comment just to say that it's really awesome and incredibly generous of you do this. Thank you for being an awesome mod. :)
I wouldn’t quite call it dual color. It’s something more amazing than that.

Looks cool. I have not tried anything other than normal colors yet. I just bought my first roll of glow in the dark PLA yesterday from a deal on this sub. Thanks for the opportunity.
Is this the regular dual color PLA? The filament looks like it has glitter so I am curious to see how parts look. Thanks for showing me another filament I didn't know existed, looks like I have to do some research later today.

It’s fun colour. I bought some same PETG from a company in these 250g sample rolls. Loved the filament so much I’ve gone through 6 kilos and ordered their CF/PETG. I’m making a miniature Delta and going to use the small spools at the local filament maker to reload.
This is a neat idea and I genuinely appreciate people like you who are just wanting to do good! This subreddit has been incredible for my 3D printing adventure, it's good to see some give backs to this awesome community!
