Youâll notice thereâs white protective film on the hoods of several models including non white colors. This probably increases the perception of them being heavily white although I agree thereâs too many white ones in general.
Cool to see that there are still a few made without a moonroof. If youâre going to put a real rack on it and maybe a rooftop tent, the only thing a moonroof is good for is ultimately leaking. Also a plus for those of us who were tall.
Iâm the weirdo that likes lime rush, granted mine is black, all of my cars are black, itâs the sensible Nordic color but part of me loves the out there of metallic green!
I don't believe they have switched production over yet. Likely happening in the September/October timeframe. Photo says 2024 but is likely earlier in the year as they aren't in real time.
It is pretty cool though... that plant has an off road track on the grounds.

Toyota does a better job than most with getting bugs worked out during testing to minimize early run problems. They did stub their toes with the new Tundra with production issues... but the 4Runner will be in the Tahara plant so I'm guessing it won't be bad. It also shares a lot with the Tacoma / LC Prado which will be a year into production at that point. They have also had variations of the 2.4T drivetrain in production for awhile in the Highlander and a few Lexus vehicles.
Regardless you will be covered under warranty.
Iâm always a firm believer in not buying the first two years of a new generation. It gives me some time to decide on a Rivian R2 when they come out as well
I normally am that way, but been wanting a new car and have developed an unhealthy attachment to the Gen 6 lol. The heart wants what the heart wants I suppose. I'm going to be the test canary.
They Switch production later this month usually, when i worked at DENSO we always took a week in July to âcatch upâ Toyota orders cause they take a week to change over to the new model years every July
Those definitely look like 5th gens, hopefully one of them is my ORP đđ
Super cool. Not sure how the paint shop runs, but curious to see the color distribution. A lot of white and hardly any green, for example.
I donât know anything about how it works either, but my guess is white is most popular for fleet use.
White is the most popular car color in general.

Weird to see Lime Rush in there. Thatâs a 2023 at best
Lime rush is a 24 color available on all models
10/2022 imagery date.

No nautical blues?
What are the blue ones if not Nautical? That's the only current blue option isn't it?
If you mean the four blue ones on the left side of the picture then those aren't 4runners.
Yep, you're right.
Cool photo!
A lot of white Limited's in there!

Sooo many sunroofsâŚnoooooo!

I hope to make one of those mines this year!
Next gen?

It might be dumb to buy the first run but I've been waiting and I'm excited.

Possibly, Iâm not sure when the photo was taken. To me the style and colors look like 5th gens.
Imagery date is 10/20/22. There's another big block just north of those too.
