I know, I know...I got to the party late, but holy moly, it was still raging, in both cases. I'm thinking of making an actual shelf (and a goodreads one) labeled Everybody Was Right
Not a single book but I read all of soul Eater. Considering the anime ended so dissappintedly, getting the proper ending. It truly was so much more satisfying than the show.

Best: either 11/22/63 or The Ferryman by Justin Cronin
I’ve been underwhelmed by a lot of the other books I’ve read so far this year, so these two stand out.
I read the first book in the Wheel of Time series. It took me a month cause I just struggled with it.
The best book I’ve read was probably Radium Girls. Few books have pissed me off as much as that one did but I’m so glad I read it

Best Fiction: The Library at Mount Char, by Scott Hawkins (tied with Count to Monte Cristo)
Best Non fiction: Say Nothing, by Patrick Radden Keefe
I am in the middle of "Joseph and His Brothers" by Thomas Mann, it is 1492 pages long and I am around page 400.
The best book really depends...I liked "The Fixer" by Bernard Malmud, but it certainly wasn't a happy book.
So far the best book I’ve read this year is The hunger games, and the longest is Catching Fire, but I haven’t had enough time to read as much as I would like

Best- The Library at Mount Char by Scott Hawkins and The Winter King by C L Wilson.
New author discovered this year - Karen Rose(Detective/Crime + Romance).
Longest = Oathbringer. In fact, the top four longest belong to Sanderson's Stormlight Archives books. All very good.
Best = I am torn between The Forgetting Moon by Brian Lee Durfee and Dark Matter by Blake Crouch
Longest (and best): “My Effin’ Life” by Geddy Lee
Fairly new to the depths of Rush and this memoir made me laugh, cry, and kick myself for never making it to a show.
Longest for sure it time to read and possibly in pages The Brothers Karamazov. It was worth it.
Best is so hard to say. I’ve read The Great Gatsby three times so maybe that’s my favorite.
Literally just got done with “The Family Across the Street” which is the best book I’ve read this year. Very original and an adrenaline rush the entire time. Also very heartfelt

The best is a hard one... read so many great books this year. But possibly **"Demon Copperhead"** by Barbara Kingsolver

I thought I typically read a lot of short 200-300 page books, but when reviewing my Goodreads account I see I actually read quite a few 350-400 page books this year!
Damn A thousand splendid suns by hosseini is just next level.. I loved it till it's first part.. the second one started to get boring.. but it's actually the best of the bestest books i have ever read.
Longest: Technically Dan Simmons’s “The Terror,” though I listened to this as an audiobook. The longest physical book I read this year was “Katherine” by Anya Seton.
Best: “The Vaster Wilds” by Lauren Groff
