If you want to make sure you get out quick you will have to skip the last song. That's what I do in every Wembley gig.
The time on the ticket is when the doors open. The show does not start before a few hours later. I don't remember the time schedule from the last AC/DC show I saw, but when we saw Iron Maiden last year they went on stage at 20:45. The warm up band started 1,5-2 hours earlier if I remember correctly.
