Try a 2-1-2 with thoran antandra up front, smokey middle, koko and cecia back. Manually drop Cecias ult on the guy on the right just before koko ults. Use the regen crest for extra healing. Might be enough to power you through, been working for me so far.
If you've got a 3rd tank swap them in for koko and try a flat 3-1-1? Or brutus with a 1-2-1-1 him up front 2 tanks, smokey cecia? Probably just hitting a wall though, it happens a fair bit.
Congrats, he's very situational but buying time with his immortality can work in a few places where you're otherwise getting deleted by stuff much higher than you. On to the next wall :)

Tried doing it but thoran, antandra and smokey kept dying before i am able to cast cecia ult.
