We don’t have the greatest receivers or tight ends but I think our offensive line has been really solid. Above average for sure. Add that and James Conners violent running we are really not THAT easy to stop
Holy shit it's almost like the five people blocking for our RB/QB are more important than the RB/QB....
Jamarcus Russel could complete a pass if he just had to stand back there all day. Fuck my 400lb ass could of ran through some of those holes last week.
Devils Avocado its 3 games all against NFC East teams which Gannon/Rallis will know well. I want to see it against other teams they know a bit less.
Still hard to think of it that way with 3 separate teams and 2 of the 3 having changes at coordinator and different players. But I want to temper my enthusiasm a bit.
It also speaks to how well-disciplined the team is.
I don't think Petzing is calling anything galaxy-brained. Which is good, because they don't have the personnel to execute that stuff right now.
It’s all fairly basic, yet fundamentally sound, stuff that the players are executing perfectly.
Not to mention that the ReSkins defense is tough and the Cowboys don’t have a bad one either (Diggs would’ve helped them a bit, he’s a good player).
Both have great Dlines and our boys held strong. I know Dobbs took some sacks in WA but it seemed more like he didn’t know the offense enough to make a read and sat with the ball too long week 1.
Dobbs has done an amazing job given his expectations, but our run game/yards after catch have been **incredible** so far through 3 games.
Idk if it is just teams underestimating our guys on offense, but our guys have been insane at finding the holes and taking advantage of space in the open field
Also our offensive line is noticeably improved. For all our talk about center, Froholdt has played very well and Paris Johnson looks like how an early first round tackle should
You guys remember that post here last week from someone losing their shit about how Petzing is trash and we’ll never win with him as OC? That was awesome.
Yeah, not a good head coach and had nothing to do with him as a person. He was also always someone who called his own plays which while probably wasn’t great in the end, was also part of why he was hired. Don’t take it so personally, he’s still a human being
Even then I thought that as time went on and NFL defenses figured out Kliff he never adjusted enough and the offense just was too predictable. But if he ever gets another chance I hope he does well.
I don't think he'll get plucked this year but I could definitely see both coordinators being swiped if they keep this up this year and next. (Unless they win the super bowl somehow).
Agreed, reminds me of Ben Johnson getting everyone's attention last year but not hired yet. Got a long way to go but if this roster ends top 10 in offensive efficiency it will turn some heads.
Queue the oppenheimer song!
Hmmmmm... Maybe it was the coaching all along? 🤔🤔🤔🤔🤔
Just saying, if Kyler were playing we would be ranked negative 1 million in offense efficiency, and score 2 touchdowns per drive.

Maybe it's because there is no kyler 🥴
And KK was supposed to be the offensive genius Keim thought. How Keim survived so long is actually offensive to all cards fans
He should have been fired after his DUI

Kliff Kingsbury crying in the club rn

You know what they say, “back to the basics!”

Tough to hold that against him given the circumstances and the talent on their front 7. Play calling has improved significantly since then as well.
You mean the coaches are learning? Almost the way to be...

A sign of good play design and game planning.

I’m of the mindset that we aren’t terrible when coached well. We lost both games by less than a TD. CHEERS TO EFFORT!
+5 points on the season.
Yup our first two losses were by 7 points combined.

You mean this guy? https://reddit.com/r/AZCardinals/s/wVLfViw6gM
That’s the one!
There was some dude talking major shit about Drew in the game chat all season, he finally STFU last week
Probably Kliff or Keim using a burner lol
Kliff was great as a guy, just not suited as a HC. Maybe in the future. Keim for sure would be capable of this from what we've seen.
Keim is such a punk ass bald fuck twit. I hope his drunk ass sees this. Edit: HAPPY CAKE DAY!
Cool dude just refused to hand over play calling duties, kept making the same mistakes and didn’t really hold the team accountable

Yeah, better OC, not leader of men, and this is coming from a Kliff stan. I would've liked to see him take over an NFL team as OC

I like to think that he's learning from Lincoln Riley pretty well, he's probably the best offensive mind in college football
If we keep this up for 17 games Petzing is going to be a HC
I bet he stays here for a few years, at least. Monti needs to write the O.C. and D.C. a check to stay for a while.
Ugh that would suck

I think he might’ve wanted to stay as well. I think rallis is too young to get lots of HC opportunities but probably at some point
