What I have heard is that the firms that actually care enough to give these weird tests generally put a decent weight on them. I don’t have any personal experience though.
I took one of these for my job! After passing, I had an interview and I asked about the test. They said it's a formality. No minimum requirement.

I was sent a report when my exam was finished telling me how I placed between other people who had taken the test. Truthfully, the sections I was most confident; I scored the worst.

Oh no… I then get no offer for interview. Test was long and hard.. I did so bad
I mean just wait and see. You never know, especially with how the world is right now.

It was simple IQ test lasted about 2hours+ oh man it was hard

I’ve applied for cashier jobs at Walmart that included personality tests. Never got a call back. Probably a good thing.
