your crit dmg is way too low. try swapping to a crit rate body. what's the point of high crit dmg when you can't even crit?
switch your spd boots to atk boots. atk is always better than spd for Acheron.
oh, and level up your traces a bit more.
I’m guessing a big part of it is because you’re never landing crits. At E0, your crit rate is way too low.
You should also mention what team you play her on and what your rotation is like. Are you ensuring that the debuffs on enemies are still active when you ult with Acheron? This is especially important if you run Pela with the Resolution LC because the Ensnare debuff expires right after the enemy takes a turn.
you need to fix everything. atk: 3k5> at minimum. crit dmg around that is fine but way too low crit rate, need at least 60%. also ditch the spd boots, you got sparkle.

I would say switch to crit rate body but that damage piece is insane so you need to swap some of your other crit damage pieces to some that have crit rate. a big one would both your sphere and rope can be improved a lot so fixing those 3 pieces would be huge

If you get E1 + fuxuan - 47+18 +132 = 77

47 crit rate might as well be 10 honestly, just go all on crit damage instead because she will not crit most of the time anyway
Or get atleast 65-70 crit rate(65+4+12 = 81) which is pretty good imo
Also if you don't have a good lightning sphere go atk% sphere because atk% is 2% better than lightning anyway on acheron

Tbh spd boots and ATK boots make very little difference on E0 so just go with the one with better subs
