Like everyone said, Bronya is already good enough if you don't have Sparkle. I've also been using Robin and she's also really good due to advancing the entire team, which allows Acheron AND her Nihility teammate to move again, accelerating stacks. The only downside is that you can only use Robin's ult like once or twice at most per fight due to not having FUA units to speed its recharge. But she can function very well if you time her ult correctly. She also grants a huge amount of Atk, which Acheron loves.
Play her with speed_tuned Bronya. This is how I usually play when I use Sparkle for my DHIL team.
This makes her ult quite a lot faster, especially if you have a gallagher/preservation unit with trend as your sustainer.
Personally like the Bronya version but since I also need her for my JingLiu I just use her with sparkle.
What I'd do is have both attack boots and speed boots depending on if you plan on using sparkle or Bronya.
bronya, with bronya, acheron herself can stack her ulti faster, instead using two nihility, and also her skill deal big damage too
