TyranitarLover

If he looked at ME like that I’d swoon for sure.

Dubda90

Dude, Aether comes from greek mythology, everyone in that damn mythology (men alongside women) were known for being playboys/girls, kidnappers for love, etc

Terrible_Tax_3993

Aether : game is game

HAMagnus

And by all gods, I hope Aether will NOT be like Gods from Greek mythology, because all of them were pieces of shit (except Hades).

Nomoreheroes20

Mythological Aether was actually one of the few gods/titans that remained faithful to his wife. Who was also his sister because Greek myth

HAMagnus

I knew that he was also from Greek Mythology, but I didn’t know that he was good there, so thanks for the information. I don't care about incest as long as it's mythology.

Terrible_Tax_3993

Well Aether in greck mythology was littarely a concept so he was no evil or good

Super_Foundation_673

Incest is canon?

Nomoreheroes20

Possibly

BlightFantasy3467

u/Sigma_WolfIV you're being validated by IRL Greek myth

KEYJAYCE

Hades did kidnap one person , but it was only one.

Gloomy-Remove8634

his wife

HAMagnus

And still, he is the most normal God, If compare him with other gods.

TyranitarLover

And that’s only in the more recent myths. Older ones have Persephone come by herself to the Underworld, be like “I like this place, I’m living here now!” And Hades just rolled with it and offered her food and to be his bride.

Spirited-Spirit-1475

Not quite, the older Macedonian greek didn’t not have a hades, and had Poseidon as the lord of the dead, persephone did go on her own volition in this version(but no marriage involved). The later classic greek myth did have Hades kidnap persephone, but it was more of an arranged marriage as Zeus (her father) was the one who set it up and told Hades to do it as he(Zeus) did not want to deal with Demeter. Even later during the christenizing of everything, the writers removed the Zeus involvement as they wanted Hades to be more of a Satan allegory Then even later, modern (20th century writers) countered the christianized version with an amalgam version of all three which they put forth as the “original” version where Persephone went to the underworld on her own and married Hades(the one you are referring to)

HeathCliff716

Hestia also is a decent greek goddess

HAMagnus

Honestly, I didn't know about her at all. She has a low key role in Greek Mythology.

Rexk007

>because all of them were pieces of shit Kratos is proud of you.

Gloomy-Remove8634

i assume your talking just about the olympians, (Hepheastus is also not that bad)

HAMagnus

… Hephaestus attempted to rape Athena…

Gloomy-Remove8634

Athena turned someone into a spider bc she didn't like how good they were

HAMagnus

And... how does this justify Hephaestus?

Fair_Fuel2118

No she turned someone into a spider because they fucked around and found out after talking shit and losing to her in a “weaving” contest so she turned her into a spider

sailorboy97

She also turn a woman into Gorgon when Poseidon grapes her right into her temple.

Particular_Neat7922

Actually Aether is a Primordial

NicholasRFrintz

The very concept of sky if I recall correctly.

NationalBookkeeper98

I just want him to marry Ei or Yae tbh

Terrible_Tax_3993

Archon harem

LUMMOZ_Ots

Yesh

TeaPsychopath

Well, in principle it is logical. I don't know where Google got this information from, but it sounds logical considering the behavior of some of the girls around him. Eh, while Lumi is suffering there along with the Abyss, Aether is having fun with the local girls. I even feel a little sorry for her. (although I don't rule out the possibility that she might have had some run-ins with Dain)

No-Airline-2464

Terrible_Tax_3993
