What happens if your birth month is March and you’re deployed through March 2024? So when the 1 April 2023 to 31 March 2024 freebie year ends and you never even had an initial “freebie” assessment, do you get hosed after your deployment exemption expires?

You pretty much just do it when you are home station, get with your Body Comp manager and they may or may not be able to back date your measurement ;)
