The real pro gamer move is to get elastic sewed into the bottom of pant legs by the Asian ladies at the alterations place right off base(or on base). That combined with the stretchy, softer, light weight material? Man, I'm wearing sweat pants that look like OCP pants everyday.
Who uses blousing straps past basic? 2 inch elastic bands were what I started buying as soon as I left basic. That was back in my BDU days, still rocking 2 inch blousing bands 16 years later.
I tried tucking a couple times but it just didn't work, man. My pant legs would come out of my boots after like half the day. Also just looks worse imo
I fought that shit from the beginning! I just assumed it would be uncomfortable and I knew it would like shit. Also kind of defeats the purpose of blousing which is to keep water and sand out of your boots.
