Yes every AirPods Max have that little hole but yours is fake. The whole 100$, “lost documents”, “travelling” is so typical of a scam. Get a chargeback or refund if possible.

Thompsonss

LMAO dude you really can’t be that gullible. They are clearly fakes.

EccentricDyslexic

Yes they all do.

not_a_number1

You already know the answer

DuffleCrack

The hole does exist on 🎧max, but your pair is still unfortunately likely fakes. $100 and no documents is insanely sus. How do they sound?

natoenjoyer69

Why even bother getting these? Either get them from a reputable retailer or buy more affordable headphones.

krzybone

Fake

MagicKipper88

Every real AirPods Max has the holes.

Nurse5736

Those are 100000000000000% FAKE. No ifs, ands, or buts.....

Fortimus_Prime

They do have that hole. That is the hole where you stick a pin to disconnect the whole speaker assembly from the head strap. Kinda like ejecting a SIM card. But those are fake as the antenna and the plastic that says R or L is too bright. For context, I have the AirPods Max in Space Grey, and they don't look like that.

According-Fix-9879

Hahahah the ear cups look like they are from a laundry closet floor coating,

Royal_Potential_7766

yeah, all AirPods Max have this hole. it's used to detach the cup from the headband with a needle, you can google it

Think-Obligation-348

Fake

Pixzy_0409

The earcups look odd and the inside looks blue (though greys tend to look blue for me), for $100 I’d say they’re fake. You save more money by buying one good quality item than buying several low qualities.

brydy23

The real test is to see if the noise cancellation works and/or spatial audio is an option. Look to see if there's an Applecare Plan also.

alfredcool1

Fake asf
