If I'm not mistaken doesn't your very last bar of battery auto recharge to prevent this situation? You won't have much but you get one bar to make sure you never totally don't have it. Or was that AW1?
I believe items spawn on the map based on your use, so hopefully the game will mitigate that for you. Only way to find out is to try!
I think that was my least favorite boss fight… good luck!
There should be loot drops throughout the fight. Just keep the dork on the high ground dead. Also remember you don’t need to flashlight everyone, you can shoot their feet cause the shadow doesn’t cover it for all enemies.

Aw1 had an infinitely replenishing flashlight im pretty sure
