Just my luck...I post a meaty message and I finally get a call from Amazon literally within minutes... Some dude with a French accent. He actually sympathises with my situation and agrees that it was a genuine mistake caused by the issue I was having (I'm shocked and relieved). He says he'll try to find out why it happened so it can be prevented. In the meantime I have to access the new Seller Account I accidentally created and provided all of the requested info so that it can be re-activated. I then need to submit an appeal on my old account and request to have the new account removed. He informed me that he will keep track of my case and I can contact him via the case log if I need more assistance. Let's see how it goes. Also... For some reason he tried to pronounce the gibberish store name I created "fewgtergrewgerw". That made my day a little brighter.

Congrats! Without reading the whole thing, take this as an opportunity to diversify (if you haven’t). When your income is dependent upon a single other company (Amazon, Google, Facebook, Ebay), you’re always one mistake or glitch away from being unemployed. OK I am a new seller in UK but I think I am exactly on the same path. I got myself correctly fully verified as business entity UK Ltd company via my secondary username but my Primary contact e-mail I originally registered "does not exist" according to Seller Central login page , however it is clearly shown on the list of "User Permissions" in SC when I see it as secondary user. I opened 3 cases and that got closed by amazon after template answers, I've reopened every single one of those several times, kept receiving irrelevant answers and and only resetting passwords for secondary they should not touch. Now, I given up and started new registration with that e-mail that "does not exist" and I providing all the same details (passport scan, bank statements etc it feels wrong) and video call for verification is booked for tomorrow and I have very bad feeling about this. Probably both accounts will be closed. Any advice is appreciated how to proceed here. please please please
