DishHealthy181

That pattern is amazing 😍

ChaseNCache

Thank you. That’s my boy Atlas.

SorryDuplex

He could end up being a pocket. My boy was about 60 pounds at 6 months. He’s 8.5 months old now and 90 pounds. I think you can tell by how tall they are if they’re going to be a pocket or not :)

mindlesslys

this is actually phenominal. I have an american bully xl the runt, he’s 10 mo & 70 lbs. So 90 pounds at 8.5 is def not pocket bully. i’m jealous

SorryDuplex

No he’s definitely not a pocket 😂 https://preview.redd.it/vu2nlft9jg6d1.jpeg?width=2066&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=312726a581d56b63cf607113151e2668e545d0dc This is my most recent picture of him. He’s just a big old doofy baby. Our vet said he will probably be anywhere from 100-120 when he’s done growing. I never met his parents so I don’t have anything to really base it off of lol. I have more pics in my profile, but they’re of him a bit younger. People comment on his size wherever we go and are always super shocked when they learn of his age lol

VindiWren

What a sweet angel! I just wanna plant a kiss on his nose lol

SorryDuplex

He’d love it 💚 all he wants is attention lol

VindiWren

Oh he looks like it! My dream is to get a hippo like this. Beautiful boy

SorryDuplex

Well I got mine by accident lol. I’m an Uber driver and someone left him in my backseat when he was about 7-8 weeks old. https://preview.redd.it/cj0xbtgi9j6d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=9e8077813bc3a501f13d7cb7654b070242587823 Nobody knew he would be so big 😂 this is him about 3 days after finding him and weighing in at about 1.5 pounds.

VindiWren

Oh. My. God. SO PRECIOUS! Thank you for taking in the sweet baby. He certainly looks like he’s spoiled. He’s just lucky you were the one to find him

SorryDuplex

It was totally fate 💚 this dog is literally my best friend and I’d be so lost without him in my life 💚

VindiWren

Also that puppy belly😍

ApprehensiveCap7459

What a cutie!! 🥰 but like, how does someone accidentally leave a puppy behind? Did they have a bunch of puppies and forgot to tally before exiting? I’m so confused 😂

SorryDuplex

He was pretty sick so it was obvious he was left on purpose. The person who left him I had also picked them up in the projects.(not that everyone from the projects is bad. It’s just a noticeable detail) It was winter time also so they had on a large jacket. This was also a time when a bunch of pitbull puppies were found killed or thrown in dumpsters in my city so I’m almost assuming he could have been one of them. On my over profile it says I’m an animal lover and I rave about my 2 cats so maybe they thought I’d take care of him? I’ll never truly know everything but I’m okay with that. He’s my baby now and forever 💚

ApprehensiveCap7459

Omg I’m so glad he ended up in your car 🥰🥰

RubiiGeee

I have a soft spot for runts 🥹

Ok-Conversation-7805

Just love him he’s a gentle soul

He is 1.9 years old and weighs about 70lbs. He has muscles but not gaining any weight. His parents were 85-95lbs so I still have hope for him.

Calm-Illustrator5334

my girl is about half AB (plus APBT and golden retriever) and 43 pounds at 2 years old. she started out looking like she’d be 60-70 pounds but i am happy with her size now!

Fred_Krueger_Jr

Mine topped out at 65lbs around 2 years old. Short and blocky.

Inside_Future_2490

My girl just turned 2, she's 45lbs and free fed. Perfect size for a dog

Resalestarter

How big was she at 6 months? And do you have micro, pocket standard? If you don’t mind me asking

thebearbearington

My girl is probably about as tall as this handsome fella but she filled out to 55lbs.

GM-the-DM

My girl was around that when she was that age. Now she's 60lbs at a year and a half.

Thorbertthesniveler

Omg look at that precious little turkey!! I want to snuggle and smooch! I can babysit if you are near Calgary!!!

Antique_Dust6504

They take time to fill out. Make sure you’re feeding well. Dont over-do the feeding but make sure you’re steadily increasing calories. Genetics is a crapshoot sometimes. How big were his parents? A really good guide in my experience is take a look at 6-7 weeks at what the puppies overall structure/build looks like. That’s a good idea of what the finished build will be. Of course it’s not like 100 but it’s a good guage. A low, wide puppy will make a low, wide dog. They will fill out with muscle up to 2 years but you have to feed them well to ensure optimal growth.

z0mbie_boner

He is perfect 💗

IllustriousLight2344

ADORABLE 😍

Ilovebabyyy

He is adorable 😍

Both-Mix-3852

She looks skeleton on his skull too.

ElBurritoExtreme

Our pittie is right about 8 months and 35-40lbs. He’s not terribly big either. His mama was a 35lb Australian shepherd, so that might be it lol

True_Function3839

He is so cute!!

mindlesslys

he could mixed with staffordshire that breed tends to be a little taller and leaner

Radiant_External9199

He’ll continue to fill out until about two years old sometimes three but he may not get much taller.

Hungry_Difficulty415

He's adorable 💜💜💜

Got_to_be_kiddinme

Mine is 25 lbs at 6 months

DishHealthy181

He’s to cute 🥰 Are you sure he’s 6months??

Aggressive_Cat_9537

Richie when he showed up. Vet said around 6 months, I’ll post a photo of him 6 months later in the comment https://preview.redd.it/iuw390xt0j6d1.jpeg?width=3024&format=pjpg&auto=webp&s=94ef15c5af414b4070dac30376c15ea394324534

Lgs1129

My pittie is 6 and only 33 lbs. She’s just got a small frame and I’m very careful about managing her weight since she’s already had both of her knees done.

[deleted]

He get nuetered as a puppy?

Jillybean623

Mine grew like a weed for the first 6 months, like he was very lanky and skinny and then he started to put on muscle after that and now he is 70 pounds lol

TinyOutlandishness37

pitbull17

He's gorgeous, gonna look like a classic pit in the sense that he's lean and athletic. His paws don't seem like he's gonna get real big, they're not big. He's still got loose skin on top of his head so it's not done growing. Probably gonna be a blocky headed 60-70 lb beautiful dog when all is said and done.

tehpittymoeder

Mine loves clothes as well! Mine took to 2 years to come to full size

Both-Mix-3852

May be stop putting on stupid farments and feed him a good and good portion diet and exercise him often.

karensmiles

What’s a farment?

Both-Mix-3852

Like a stupid thing that on that dog. And. He looks ill/underweight.

Both-Mix-3852

Look at his head.
