Mermaid tail, a duck, a turtle, shell of peas in a pod, alien, frankenstein, avocado, cactus, dragon! Also it’s not amigurumi but I think that color would make a great hat. Maybe a hat for a plushie!
I got this same green when I started crocheting 4 years ago, haven’t touched it yet lol! Honestly tho I think it could make a nice dinosaur, or maybe a fish like a bass or something?
A friend gave me similar yarn from a different brand. I’ve been making vines to hang around my window on the curtain rod! I also made an alien and an alien cow, you can check them out on my account if you wanna see pictures.
I use this exact yarn in this exact color for sea turtles. I use it for the shell color and then use the cream color for the body and flippers. Makes a super cute sea turtle

I used the same green for the body of a sea turtle and got the tie-dyish yarn "mossy hill" for the shell. I made 3 and still have leftovers of both colors. I think a dinosaur would also look nice.

If you have a lighter green you could make all sorts of things that have a lighter and a darker color. I made a green penguin with some similar yarn. I also made this pickle nesting doll thing where each pickle had the last few rows as a separate peice sewed on like a hinge.
I used that yarn to make leaves and a stem for a strawberry plush!
It would also be a nice color for the shell of a sea turtle amigurumi, if you had a different color (light green or blue maybe) for the limbs and head of the turtle.
A big pickle
I definitely use this yarn for my giant positive pickles!
A succulent pillow
This is what I would do, or a monstera leaf pillow! There’s lots of examples here and in r/crochet if you need some inspo
Oh, please share, I would love to see it
A delicious, succulent pillow?! I think those are illegal in Australia...
Dragon? Dinosaur? Alligator?

Dinosaur or Sea Turtle!!
Something that doesn't get washed very often, if at all. In my experience, this kind of yarn falls apart after washing needs beyond spot cleaning.
Strawberry leaves
