Your crochet work is perfect, don’t change him! However, definitely restuff him, take your time tearing the ploy fill (if that is what you are using) apart, and really getting it into the legs, stuff just enough that you can’t see it through the stitches. This will make him more dense and less cuddly, but may help with the short legs and lumpy belly.

Personally, I’d add a few more rows because they get kinda lost and don’t go with the arms? Idk how to word that. They look TOOO different which just doesn’t make my eyes happy lol

No pattern to share, making it as I go, only wrote down what I need for making doubles 🤙🏼 Sorry but not a pattern person, more of a look at inspiration, visualise something in my head and make it happen.
There's no sewing or seams on this and that's only because of my personal preference for head to body stability and they'll be wearing a hoodie so arms are crocheted in and will be covered.
