They’re a business, and they’re not going to want that sort of review. If not the BBB, whatever the equivalent is for mobile apps (I do know they handle mobile app scams, so they might field complaints about unfair banning with paid apps).
And I know this is a dicey situation, no one ever wants to escalate things with stuff you’ve got an established “relationship” with, but last resort, etc etc.
Honestly, I feel like this is something somebody should represent. Somebody who got banned in this specific wave should represent anyone who was banned wrongfully in this situation.

i was banned like a month ago for a tos reason due to me not having 2 step verification turned on. after contacting them they said that my ban was a mistake on their system because i didn’t have 2 step verification on they said they detected “suspicious activity” which was probably me logging in at a location different from my ip address. they unbanned me after a few days so if y’all get banned and have no clue why please continue to email them back and forth cause it could be a mistake like mine was
it always take awhile for aj to respond, on email atleast. i’ve never messaged them on ig but it took like 3 days for them to respond to my first email
Not exactly similar, but I lost both my account and email after one of the security breaches. Been 3 years I think and they still say they can’t do anything, even though I can prove I own(ed) the email.
Same oh my god I had this exact issue. My account was randomly missing from my parents dashboard email and I contacted their email support. Even gave them some proof, they said they couldn't do anything about it. I even asked for which email does that account belong to now and they won't give the detail. So unhelpful and unprofessional to treat your community like that.
I know a couple people who’ve been running the latest breach into the ground, hence the game repeatedly going down. They’ve slowed down now but it’s still annoying. The banned accs are likely just breached accs
my main storage account was banned. lost so much worth. i’m genuinely infuriated. it wasn’t an active account but i did log in every now and then and i use it whenever i had bubble chat on my main. now it’s banned, and my cute username with it 😔
Keep emailing, don't give up, report it to the BBB, that's the only time they listened to me and that same advice worked for others.
