Try slicing it again or check your gcode, maybe there's something funky going on at that spot in the print if it only does it with that file at a particular spot.
Cut the tip of filament at 45 degree angle
feed the filament all the way until you feel resistance then extrude and while its extruding gently keep feeding the filament
Got the same error and thats what solved it for me
So I used a can of air and cleaned out the head and I had been running without the tubing for the filament so I cut a small piece and placed in the head and I have not had a issue since.
Ran out? Check your filament tube and make sure there are no breaks in your filament
I have a steady feed going in and keep getting this
Probably a bad sensor in your print head assembly
It only does it on one print I was running. Changed prints ran them for 4 hours then back to the other and got it again.

might be worth uploading you logs and asking support if they can check whats going on

This just started happening to me and I would love to know of you found a solution!
