You'll have to unplug it and find a way to mechanically pull the latch to the side with a coat hanger fished in between the door and frame.
Self clean cycles kill the oven boards and oven latches. You've either got a stuck self clean relay, or the latch is fried.
Does the unit still have power? If no power than the safety fuse most likely tripped. Self clean cycles will trip them if everything isn't operating at 100% and even then sometimes they'll still be tripped. That's why on a lot of newer ovens, they switched to using lower temperatures and steam for the self clean cycles.

The door is locked from the self clean function. The board has probably malfunctioned.

We had to open the top and pry it loose. No more self clean for this model
