I got a KOBE from Home Depot online, it does 300/400/750 cfm and works well. I have that Cafe 30” range but mine is a dual fuel: gas stove and electric oven. TBH I don’t think a regular stainless steel chimney hood like what I have would look bad there, you still have some stainless steel like the handles.

Zephyr, they make a 1200 cfm option

Yeah, it's not just the heat, it's also the CO2 and N2O that will be by products from burning all that gas. Your local codes will probably have guidelines for the minimum CFM's you'll need. When I installed a Wolf range I put in a Zephyr range hood that worked great. The only thing is, the higher the CFM the louder the noise. When my friends did their kitchen renovation they installed a vent system that had the fan near the outflow so it was super quiet inside.

ajmadison.com is a great website to do research. Be aware the matte white finish is unique to GE Cafe. Any other white will look noticeably different

I was looking on their site. And ugh, I was afraid of that. Thank ye.

Hi OP! Responding to an old thread: what did you decide on with regard to the vent?

Agitated_Sock_311

Went with a zline white wooden one. And my oven hasn't worked since the first week. LMAO

Retrotreegal

OMG!

Retrotreegal

So you took out the cabinet?

Agitated_Sock_311

Yeah. It looks nice.

ZLINEKitchen

Thank you for choosing a ZLINE Range Hood for your home, please let us know if you have any questions!

Agitated_Sock_311

I do, actually. I thought I needed charcoal filters, so I bought them before the hood. Now I know that I don't and have $80 filters that I haven't opened yet. Can they be returned?

ZLINEKitchen

We regret to inform you that our return policy does not accept returns on accessories, including charcoal filters. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause. Thank you for your understanding.
