Both Bosch and Cafe are fine for induction. However, I want to clarify that the loud fan noise reviews are for the Bosch industrial-style models. They were outsourced, so the quality isn't great. The slide-in models were made in house and should be good.
Also, I want to note that the induction buzzing noise is also dependent on your cookware. It's more prominent with lighter weight cookware.
