Have you had the vent from dryer to exterior of home cleaned? Is venting kinked? These are top reasons for poor drying.
I agree with this, the biggest issue we see is vent issues. If it's heating but not drying, it's probably this.
Don’t use eco dry option , also check your vent
Even with Eco-Dry it should not be taking that long, speaking from experience with my own SQ.
The vent is probably clogged
It’s got a 7 year parts and labor warranty . Call for service . That’s why you buy them
Vent out of your house is clogged or crimped.
My new gas dryer had the cap on gas line still. Sigh
dryer brand has zero impact on drying
Also there is a small chance the gas line could be restricted. If so the flame on the burner may be inadequate causing less heat than expected. If you suspect this, ask the gas company for a pressure test.
