I personally think Foley is funnier, but Kip had a better special overall.
Foley is way funnier off the cuff, but the home Kippy writes better I guess! His special was way better (as much as I hate admitting that)
Hank brought this up on a recent ep. He joked that Toby used Foley as practice
I agree with that. Foley had a few flubs on getting his jokes out, but still killed it. Kippy was came out hot and kept it going the whole time. Really impressed with both of them
