Was just travelling in Quebec and had some excellent poutine. Crispy fries with a relatively small amount of gravy (like a milder version of Swiss Chalet dipping sauce), then cold fresh cheese curds added last. Best thing ever.

Sorry about the war laugh but when it hits it hits. My coworkers and I thought it was so funny that we all changed our work passwords to stop poutine.
