You can’t unblock an artery once it’s 100% blocked. Both sides of your heart have been affected RCA (right) and LAD (left). CABG is likely to be offered. They are done with such regularity that the risks are low these days.

Likely triple with a fully blocked LAD. Maybe quad. Also depends on how many healthy venous grafts they can get from veins in calf.
