It changes every day. One day it’s cereal, another day it’s tea and toast, another day I just have lunch for breakfast. I get bored of having the same breakfast very very quickly.
I could eat variations of an egg sandwich every meal of every day, and I say that with 100% confidence. Sausage egg cheese on bagel. Bacon egg lettuce tomato on toasted white bread. Ham egg cheese on English muffin. I could go on. I could also be 500 lbs so we find the balance.
