Chips (fries) being too hot and them burning themselves after eating as soon as I handed and said "careful, they just came out of the fryer". Mfer almost ended up in the fryer herself

Offered to bag the man’s order, declined then when he’s trying to bag the order he struggles, complaining to me “Why the f*** did you not offer to help me you can see my hands are full you f***ing r*****” love my job :-) Been spat at before as well during lockdown by non-covid believers when I’ve told them they had to wear a mask. Good times.

My friend used to work on a fast food network and he's from Brazil. One day, a woman asked for an OJ but he didn't know what this meant... he had just arrived there. She got crazy and started yelling at him, when she could've just said: an orange juice... ¬¬

"$6.66 uhm no what's something cheap I can add" "We have pies?" "Great give me an apple pie"

Years back I was working the drive through at NOT BURGER KING, this (maybe drunk) man and his friends insisted they wanted Whoppers. I told them we didn't have those, but we could get them our big burger, but they just kept screaming they wanted Whoppers for a while until they finally ordered like sodas and fries and peeled out. They complained about me online and I got chewed out by my manager later.

When I worked at Arbys people would sometimes complain the fries were too hot.

I didn’t work there, but I overheard a man yelling at a Burger King employee because he insisted that the buns are usually toasted. She tried to explain that they aren’t with the thing he ordered, but he wouldn’t believe her.
