It is repetitive. Daily reminders. Being a Christian requires it to be a lifestyle. It's a choice. It's not easy. I've not been able to confirm , but I do have respect for many who do. But like anywhere else, there's going to be fake people. The monitoring and directions set out by the Bible are to keep the Congregation clean. They do better than most at walking the walk. Nobody is forcing you. However it seems like you can never do enough and to get respect you must be a full time volunteer. I haven't been able to let go of doing what I want, when I want.
People just being down to shred and go do stuff. How often is it now you go places and it seems like people aren’t there because they *want* to be *there*? Most people seem like they don’t have anywhere better to be or want to say they *were* there when you’re out these days.
Good writing in movies and TV shows. Making media with the purpose of being entertaining, not just to make money or send a politically charged message.
Good rock music
People willing to present themselves better in their daily lives. Back then more people would make an effort to dress properly, or care about their appearance when going out, now people don't care.
I feel like life was more simple (albeit I was younger with less responsibility). I miss calling people on landlines, going to Blockbuster, walking around the mall for no reason, having a cell phone that could do nothing other than text, call and play snake. I miss T9 texting.
Women's fashion where you could look cool and feminine, but also feel comfortable, baggy jeans, a nice t shirt, none or minimal make up, those were the days!
Games with amazing soundtracks where almost all the songs are unique, memorable, and just as important as the other aspects of the game.
That moment when you discovered you could put PS games in a CD player and listen to the music.
Nostalgia at it's finest right there.
Video game rentals. I love the idea of renting a game for the weekend again.
Redbox
Where I live, Christmas being cold again.
Sending your kids to school without worrying about another shooting

There's a few bar/restaurant/pool halls here in Greater Atlanta that still allow it. It's nice.

PanterA. And no, the tour going on right now is not a pantera reunion. A tribute if anything.
