Normally I would say do what you want, keep the topic gender neutral, and keep it interesting.
But knowing what content you are actually talking about, I like cosplay or pieces of an outfit that stays on the entire time over complete nudity. Something about it makes the sex look more spontaneous.
I'd love to see more content where the camera is the POV of the viewer. So it'd be set up to be in different situations where we might actually find ourselves, like being on the other side of a chess set (because we're playing), or a surprise "Oops, I didn't know you were in the bathroom" shot, or maybe a suggestion in public to sneakily flash us. And of course that doesn't yet include any pictures of us actually being messed with directly which could be fun as well.
