I gave up trying to cool and just be genuine. Faults and all and that includes moments when I have no confidence

For me, what changed and gave me confidence was stepping out of my comfort zone, setting small goals, and gradually achieving them, which helped me build confidence over time.

Faking like I had confidence and approaching people. The first time someone said they found me attractive, it was a HUGE boost to my self esteem

… everyone says you gotta love yourself before you can properly love someone. This is bs. I had love for myself, but my husband…. He changed it all. That man put me on a pedestal so high & will not (even after 11 years) allow me to think less of myself. I started to manifest things & that’s including positive self talk. Having someone truly believe in me changed every single thing in my life.
