You can. I would also suggest no cook meals. Like a little separator plate of some cherry tomatoes, chicken, cheese and crackers could help. Not everything has to be cooking as we traditionally know it. Getting fed is the goal. If you do make smoothies bung some spinach in there. You can barely tell with all the fruits and it’s so good for you. Greek yoghurt too for protein etc. I would say it’s not likely to be a super sustainable option but if it gets you what you need nutrient wise and you can deal with the hunger then it should be ok

I drink a lot of soylent, smoothies, and protein shakes. It can be done.

Protein shakes, yes. I might do that this summer when the temps get really hot, as I do not have an appetite at all in high temps.
