The clicking could be the fuel pump. HPFP. Just a downpipe wouldn’t cause any issues. Misfire means you need new coil packs as well since you’re pushing a lot more power now.
Just bought some spark plugs and a coil over pack, I put my stock intake bc I’m guessing it’s running too lean idk, is acting a little better, well see how it runs with those new ones, also putting liqui moil oil on it, apparently is better

What about a code “intake leak”
Clear it and see if it comes back. May be an old code. My guess is you need new spark plugs.
