Do a fine wet sand, then work over with a rotary and follow up with a da. Should do the trick. Start on a small panel if you’re new to this.
It still won’t be perfect, it’s a paint issue not clear coat so really it needs a respray to be perfect. Lots of cars come off the production line with orange peel. Mercedes are very bad for this

But for orange peel its not neccessarily a bad thing and youre looking for orange peel at first. Then you sand it down, spray it, sand it down, spray it, then you clear coat it.

I normally just bin mine, some like to put it in the compost heap
It’s enough work that I wouldn’t worry about it unless you fix those dents one day then it should already look better cause you re painted it

Contact a PDR guy in your area. You can get rid of those dents without painting the car
