The first time I floored it in me first car an E28 5 series that we'd put a cat-back exhaust on for NO REASON. But realistically my E30 325i convertible. Introduced me to the convertible life and I haven't looked back since.
Of the ones I've driven, the E30 325iX coupe 5 speed I owned. Would love to drive the M3 from that generation. Imperfect but wonderful handling dynamics.
Wow . Im so old. My favorite and I would sell my kidneys for, the 507. Of the ones I have owned, that's hard . I have had a 2002tii, a 79 635csi, an 80 e21 320is with the bbs body kit, and many others. I would have to pick my 81 euro 323i e21 with racing mechanical fuel injection and dual exhaust from factory. That thing , after I rebuilt the engine to factory, beat an 80 911 Carrera on the auto baun with my wife next to me for proof. We were doing over 140 mph. Speedo came back on zero. What a beast!
I've had many over the years but I definitely had the most fun with my collection of E36 cars. I was super into the local scene and regularly rebuilt and/or parted them out as a side business. Rebuilt a couple motors and did lots of fun mods.
My favorite one is the one that I don't have to repair all the time. E90 for now but who knows how much longer I'll have it. Still runs fine with no dash lights on at 148k.
E9X M3, E60 M5, E63-E64 M6, that was bmw at its peak. and i donāt think they will ever reach that kind of exotic note with their engines ever again. the S65 and S85 are bmwās best engines ever made, in terms of sound.
honorable mention to the Z4 M with the S54 engine, it was a better car than the E46 M3 in my opinion, even if some of yāall would crucify me for saying this.
F11. Just looks so mean and has some great options as well, like the beautiful comfort seats. My (realistic) dream car for sure, but itās impossible to find one with all the boxes ticked in Denmark. Theyāre always missing something.
That, and the G30/F90 LCI. Canāt beat those two.
E46 M3 (currently starting the long hard process to āconvertā my E46 318ci into an M3 - I feel that I will likely buy a newer 3 series in a few years and keep my E46 as a project rather than a project/daily)

The F90 is a better daily, the F10 is more fun. I also had the F10 first, so there's probably some nostalgia there.
