There’s lots of posts around here about using a choker or bracelet on one end of the spectrum, on the other a full outfit. It’s really up to you.
I will say I started this recently, using a cute anklet as my uniform, but have been triggered without it… so who knows!
Personally I like the idea of something small that I can wear as an accessory to other things as opposed to a strict uniform or something that matches my normal day to day wear.
The files specifically mention panties, and a full bimbo getup, but like, I wear parties every day so that doesn’t work for me.
There’s a post from one of the mods with some tips around uniform as well that calls out the panty problem for females of all types who regularly wear them.
All that said my anklet is still super cute haha
Honestly, the files are really open on the concept of being uniformed in the first place.. Bambi likes to wear a purple collar, but has wanted to expand her wardrobe for a while. Just been to nervous to take the first step into it alone.
So while I do have an actual dress that I use as a uniform I really like to just use a choker because it’s easier to trigger and good all year round even when it’s like snowing or raining or practically on fire outside. Also I dunno if this counts as uniform but I always use the same bubblegum pink lip plumper from too faced whenever I’m trying to trigger myself into bliss
My master said to use choker or so such around the ankle.
This Bambi put a pearly split crotch panties around her wrist...
... and her mind went bibies. Bambi had to take it off because Bambi was anxious as there was nothing in her head and she needed her old self to drive for a while.

New Bambi here, last night started running through files 1,2,3 and 10, and the compilation from u/BarbaCojePutitas. Best compilation of those tracks in one track. My choice of uniform is my smart watch. Hoping to wear it only during my hypnosis listening sessions and when I meet my fb for fucking sessions. Hopefully it works for me!
