I don't think it works this way. Bambi hypnosis is not a routine thing. You should listen only when you actually want to.
I tried to listen Bambi for 21 days. It didn't work out. Instead, after a few days without Bambi, I was desperate for the Bambi hypnosis and I had a wonderful hypnosis experience that time.
