200cc is an unusual size in Thailand. If you really want that size then the Stallions brand has them, with Chinese engines. They have a reputation for falling apart. Id suggest a second hand CBR250 or CB300 instead.
How about Bajaj? I know their rep isn't great here because they aren't Japanese and service centres are less common. But I imagine that wouldn't be a problem in India.

200cc is pretty rare in Thailand,I think. Usually it's 125, 150 or 300 for the smaller bikes
Yamaha R15 is a decent one.
That's pretty low end for bikes, especially 200cc
