LittlePooky

No. One needs a lot more.

JustinMccloud

yeah i think I might need more yeah. hmm is it worth going if i have to spend 20mil baht for a week these are the hard questions

eco-overshoot

Not in my opinion. I spend at least 2 million per day ringing bells and slayin poon

JustinMccloud

i do not know why anyone would pay to ring bells, but this poon you are slaying, it is good yeah? good poon?

eco-overshoot

It’s alright

Leo1309

Nope, be ready to consume triangles from 7 for breakfast, lunch and dinner.

JustinMccloud

this is my concern, these triangles, they come in different flavors ?

weedandtravel

No you need 20 million, you are short a lot.

Stunning-Marzipan671

Dude are u serious? 😂😂😂 I know u are joking

Grouchy_Ostrich_6255

Bro just want to get attention

JustinMccloud

no it was a spoof of the many many " is this enough money" posts that are posted on here daily, doing this is less rude in my opinion

Grouchy_Ostrich_6255

Yes I got it.. You should write 50 million 😉

asheraze

Stick to street food, stay at a hostel, avoid bars with views. It’ll be touch and go but you’ll make it through.

JustinMccloud

thanks mate, great advice, i dont mind doing it rough, i will keep you updated!!

PROPHET212

Tough call will definitely be slumming it would consider maybe sharing the cost with fellow traveler's to bring the cost burden down.

JustinMccloud

i had not thought of that, great idea yeah maybe can rent small alternating nights of sleeping on the floor

mintchan

Yes but I could think of something to make it a no

naughtyman1974

Are you looking to rent or buy your ladies?

cae_x

If I can live here on my meagre salary of 2 million baht per month I think you can do it!

JustinMccloud

yeah man thats only 50K a month USD, how are you surviving? showering in the river? windowless room?

Big-Razzmatazz-2899

This thread is wild!

JustinMccloud

i think if i stick to windowless rooms, and eat street food maybe, just maybe i could do it.

Big-Razzmatazz-2899

Cheaper to stay underground. Don’t bother with street food, find a way to get the handouts at temple.

JustinMccloud

oh damn, yeah legit! that makes sense

Big-Razzmatazz-2899

My mum says go at 12, because monks eat around 11 and you can get your pickins after.

JustinMccloud

obviously dealing with veterans here! do you suggest i bring a small broom and tray to sweep up the leftovers on the ground too... I mean things are going to be tight.

TopDeadSenter

Inflations been bad but 555, 2 mill could comfotably last 6 months living in luxury and out on the lash every single night. We live comfortably on 500k a year but own our house Enjoy yourself, looking fwd to hearing about this 2 mill week

fishfetcher_anaconda

Are you bringing your own socks? If not at 1 million per pair per day you would spend all that on socks. TLDR Only if you bring your own socks.

JustinMccloud

you know I had not thought of that, was going to just wear shoes with out socks, but your so right, all that walking, i would blow through a mil a day on sock, damn. not to self bring own socks

fishfetcher_anaconda

I have seen a lot of mates in Chatuchak getting half off saving 3 mill per week. Dont risk shoes without socks which might carry a 6 mill entry charge in some high end places and institutions for eg Klong Toey area...
