Not open to the public, but very inexpensive to join (I’m a senior, and I pay 150 ฿/ year to use the basketball court)! It’s at the recreation center in Lumphini Park. They have a badminton court, as well as tennis courts, swimming, a gym, volleyball, basketball, futsal, arts and crafts, music, and other activities. Well worth the money! 😎

PureKoolAid

Thanks we were wondering about this place. Did you join while there at the Park?

DougHorspool

Yes (they’re at lunch between 12 and 1:00). They’ll need your passport, and they’ll give you a membership card.

Second recommendation for this place. Must be worth a visit.

Similar question was asked a while ago and Benjikitii Park Sports Center was the best recommendation. Free and open daily from 5am - 9pm. You can book online but badminton courts are usually free so walk in is fine. Where do you stay? If you happen to be in the west bank area (Saphan Taksin - Talat Phlu) there is Tito Court near Krung Thonburi in 10 min walking distance from the BTS. I train there every week

PureKoolAid

We are near Victory Monument, but if near BTS, shouldn’t be bad. Thanks!
